Contact

Call the planning desk, email us or send the form. You get an answer from a planner who knows the lanes, not from a ticketing system.

Send a message

The more specific your question, the more specific our answer. At the very least, tell us the origin, the destination and what kind of container it is.

AFTER YOU SEND

What happens next.

  1. Your message lands on the planning desk

The form goes to planning itself, not to a general mailbox that gets read at the end of the week.

  2. A planner picks it up

If it is about a price, the planner pulls up the lane. If it is about a trip already running, we look up the container number before we call you back.

  3. You get an answer

Usually by email, so you have it in writing. If something is missing and we cannot get further, we would rather call than fill in what we think you meant.

THE PLANNING DESK

Who picks up the phone.

Planning answers the phone here. No menu options and no call center: the people you speak to also plan the trips, and they know how things run at the terminals in the Waalhaven and on the Maasvlakte.

Outside office hours it carries on through the morning shift, the evening shift and the emergency line. When a cut-off shifts or a driver is standing at a closed gate, you want to reach someone who can act on it.

Orders

New transport orders and changes to a trip that is already booked in. [email protected]

Documents

CMR questions, waybills and the paperwork around a trip, including the ADR details. [email protected]

General

Anything that is not an order or a document: a first introduction, a question about a lane or about working together. [email protected]

WHERE WE ARE

Waalhaven-Zuid, among the terminals.

Our office sits on the Albert Plesmanweg in Waalhaven-Zuid, in the middle of the Rotterdam port area. The deep-sea terminals on the Maasvlakte, the barge and rail terminals in the Waalhaven and the companies in the Botlek and on the Vondelingenplaat are all around the corner.

From here we run containers out of Rotterdam, Antwerp, Zeebrugge and Hamburg to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France. Visits by appointment: give us a call first, so we know to expect you.

Rather have a price straight away?

Send us the lane through the quote form and we will work it out.
